LEADERSHIP TEAM

BEN BAKER

Ben Baker is our trainer, NCSO, and Industrial Firefighting specialist. He has been in the industrial fire & safety service for 22 years. He spent the last 16 years as an industrial fire instructor for a large petro-chemical company in Alberta, as well as a Fire Systems Technician. He has been an active member of the fire department, served as a guest instructor at Lakeland College and Texas A&M Fire School numerous times, and has owned and operated multiple businesses in the Central Alberta region.

Ben is personable, professional, and takes pride in his work.

JERAD DAVIS

Originally from Saskatoon, SK. Jerad graduated from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. Jerad is an energetic individual who strives to create value in all his business relationships. His commitment to continuous improvement and quality service is an integral component to ensuring the future success of Total Fire and Rescue Solutions. Throughout his travels, Jerad has developed a diverse skill set which includes business development as well as skills in rope rescue, auditing, safety program development, instructing and firefighting. His Operational excellence and commitment to safety consistently meets the expectations and objectives of the companies he services across Canada and the United States.

RANDY MACLEAN

Randy is our Rescue Specialist. Combining 13 years of emergency services experience specializing in technical rescue, fire, and medical disciplines - he has all the bases covered. In the past 3 years Randy has recorded approximately 3,000 hours in a technical rescue environment which includes rope rescue, rope access, and confined space. Randy travels extensively throughout Canada and the United States researching theories, concepts, and methodologies in regards to rope and confined space. As a previous member of the Mountain Rescue Association, NFPA Technical Rescue Specialist, & Certified Rescue Instructor, he can solve your unique rescue situations.

CAMERIN WRIGHT

Camerin Wright is our Field Operations Manager. Originally a firefighter from Toronto, Camerin gained valuable industrial experience working for a firefighting and blowout control company in Alberta's oilfields for 5 years, and has been specializing in fixed fire systems maintenance & testing for the last 3 years.

Camerins amazing work ethic and love of firefighting has made him a well liked and sought after technician from customers all over Western Canada & the US. His professional attitude and attention to detail is what keeps our customers coming back every year.
